Zbankers obviously I meant that there is nothing to indicate that this won't be a fantastic play.

I will as indicated keep buying and I hate to admit it but I wouldn't mind seeing this go even lower . . . I am in for the long haul and it does not matter a jot or tittle how long it takes to proceed to development . . . but I would not want to wait longer than 15 years but can live with it up to this time.

In the meantime I expect 2008 will be a great year with a partner or buyout!
