Mr. Peter Walton reports

Dorex Minerals Inc. has closed a non-brokered private placement financing of 4.5 million units at a price of 15 cents per unit which was announced in Stockwatch news on Oct. 19, 2007.

Number of units:  4.5 million

Purchase price:  15 cents per unit

Proceeds:  $675,000

Warrants:  4.5 million share purchase warrants to purchase 4.5 million shares

Exercise price:  17 cents per share in the first year and 19 cents per share in the second year

Number of placees:  69

Finder's fees:  $48,468.75 cash is payable to certain finders in connection with the private placement

All shares, warrants and any shares issued upon exercise of the warrants are subject to a hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance.
