You got that right. And he's got 200K options that he can unload a little later at 55 cents.

And if the URSA shareholderes were'nt buying a whack of Pat shares, where would this one be trading? 20 cents maybe?

Man, those USA shareholders got to be pi$$ed.

But hey, James White figures we,ve got a great deal with theses guys even at half the price.

all i can say is RS...sell this pig and get on with things over at URSA.
