Why are we trading at this level

Why are we trading at this level    It makes me laugh when I hear that this stock will be trading at a dollar or more in the near future. Even funnier is that certain people are saying it should be trading at a dollar + right now.lol  Even more disturbing is that I read a posters message that Archie at NAG IR said the share price will be in the dollars shortly. Well Archie boy you have no right to make that assumption and you should be ashamed of yourself, plus I got to wonder of te legalities in making such an assumption. Also make note of who is making this unrealistic SP predictions. Guys like RCi who says that he never talks to NAG management or IR, make no mistake RCi is Chucks personal paid pumper puppet. Others like murphymouse and other penny flippers alike certainly have personal gain from pumping a higher and at this point unrealistic share price. Why should the price be at a dollar + now or in the near future? Well lets point out the facts to support a higher share price.

-They have a coal intercept with adamas but we don't know if they actually own the rights to the coal. Plus it's a small intercept. What depth was the intercept?
-They applied for coal permits for 1.2 million acres worth of land. Did they get this land? Where is this land situated and does this land have any coal worth mining?
-Louise Lake project may be a mine someday but not before more ore is found and at a higher grade.(IMO) This will cost  a lot of money. Which means a lot of dilution to raise funds. This project is not for a junior with no money, only a major with deep pockets may be able to advance Louise Lake. NAG IR keeps insinuating that there are majors interested but they will let NAG do to work and spend the money to prove up a deposit. Well if that is the case then at the rate NAG is going we are all going to be old and grey if not dead by the time NAG does enough drilling to prove something up. And even then the project may not be feasible.
-Speaking of dilution they have close to 100 million shares outstanding.
-Whiskey gap is going nowhere.
-All other projects are grass roots and will cost a lot of money to explore = more dilution.
-Management is very suspect at best, better known for promos than actually delivering share holder value.

Don't know if I missed anything. Notice how all the above facts are really nothing but unknowns. Great promotional stuff. So in conclusion this management hasn't proven themselves to be real explorers. Their specialty is promoting and issueing cheap shares and PnD to line their own pockets. They have not done anything to change my mind yet. Oh yeah they seem to be doing the right things this time by applying for these coal permits and bringing this coal guy on the board, riding the coal craze in Sask.  But they are a long way from trading in the dollars imo. Certainly has been a great trader though. GLTA
