Leigh you are a true master of the written word. I won't engage in a back and forth arguement because first of all I would probably lose and second of all I truely hope you're right. Although by now you must know I do contact the company and those associated with it my level of GL company knowledge doesn't match yours. Mistakes have been made on the stradegy side and I want to make sure there is some discussion to ensure the company learns from those situations. I don't agree with all the conclusions and assumptions you made based on my blog but I do appreciate the time it took you to formulate a reply and exhaustive amount of research you've done and I hope with all my heart that everything you say turns out to be true.
