Time...?

What time does everybody expect this NR?

I would think the later it gets, the worse the NR is going to be; because if it was GREAT (permits approved) then they can release it at 8-9am and get some intrest brewing before the bell.

If it's after the bell then I would expect bad so that people can't unload there shares as easily.

Any ideas?
