MVC, located in Chile, has a long-term contract with the El Teniente Division (DET) of Corporacion Nacional del Cobre de Chile (Codelco) to process fresh and historic tailings from El Teniente. The Company operates in one segment, the production of copper concentrates under a tolling agreement with DET.

RE: Power SupplyThanks for the effort to estimate the benefit of the generators. My calculations show a larger benefit using No. 6 Fuel Oil costing $100/Bbl. I use a larger Btu content than you for this fuel of 6.1MMBtu/Bbl LHV so if we assume 30% efficiency I determined they need 1.85 Bbl/MWH which would cost about $8MM for fuel per quarter.  As you pointed out still have to add cost of operators and maintenance and capital recovery but a step in the right direction. Another benefit is they will be more independent of the unreliable power supplier.
