nvidia tegraNvidia has a new chip that seems to integrate everything you need for a mobile device and I think it is made for Windows Mobile devices.

If you google nvidia tegra or go to you tube and type the same, you can see a device using the tegra.
I believe it is for devices beyond the Soleus pricepoint but it is still very impressive.
