CalifDreaming

CalifDreamingI hope you guys are right and I am completely wrong about dilution.
I am just an average investor.
And definitely I am not a pumper or a basher.

These were just my assumptions
- sell half of the assets for 500 millions
- debt 250 millions
- equity 250 millions$ hopefully not less than 5$ share, and for this market it has to stay for quite a number of days to this price or above

Once again this is just my opinion, I hope I am way off, I read all the news and nowhere I can see that there will be no dilution for sure, I do not see how they can borrow that much money in this market. It is the price of dilution what will matter. And the most important are the names and how heavy they are the ones what will go in the venture with Moly Mines. The heavier the names the better.
I really hope that the australian market will drive this share up and not rely on the much more bureaucratic, corrupted canadian market. How is to see today the price down to almost 3$ in Canada when Australian market is on holiday and the price there was 3.50$ or so?

Good luck to all
