I remember when a big new drill program was announced and the placement was reduced by 25 % after that announcement. Seems like a tough environment to raise money esp. when you have a figure and the market somehow beats the stock down prior to the closing of the placement forcing a lower share price offering. Go figure on this one.
I do believe there has been an ongoing search. Albeit, once started then stopped for the last great drilling, the momentum of the NY folks you would think would continue. I guess were back in the hunt...I don't think this ever stopped in the minds of those that may want a 65 billion $ deposit.
Find a new CEO...well, this could be done and from the posts here over the last two years it would seem that a lot of pressure has been put on HM to resign. Resign for why? Because he proved up 400 mt to start and this is the beginning imo. Resign...???? I think HM knows what he has and sometimes this is a good thing. Apparently the manipulation knows it too.
