Baden Subsidiary Awarded Sales Contract

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 10, 2008) - Richard Ball, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baden Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BDZ - News), is pleased to announce that its subsidiary FSI International Services Ltd. has been awarded a major export sales contract.

The contract is with a long-time Russian client for the provision of the twenty-second FSI International Brine Plant. The total contract is valued at approximately EUR 3.4 million; fabrication will be completed within five months, with full installation and commissioning scheduled for spring of 2009.

FSI International is currently completing technical specifications and contract tenders on another Brine Plant with slightly larger parameters, again for a long-time Russian client. Finally, FSI International has been confirmed as the supplier of choice for a third Brine Plant. The client for this project has requested delivery in late 2008 for installation in the first quarter of 2009.

There are currently twenty FSI International Brine Plants in operation in West Siberia, including several that have been in continuous operation since 1997.
