To date PanTerra has drilled 36 wells and hasa 100% working Interest in the 45 Townships.

Extensive testing and fracture stimulationswill be attempted on the 36 wells to best determine the mostefficient and economic method of producing the huge (63 Tcf) “inplace” gas resources.

PanTerra began its drilling program at MooseJaw in 2006 and drilled and cased 16 wells by mid-November,2006. All the wells drilled to date have excellent indicationsof gas pay.

The Company fracture stimulated two wellswith nitrogen in the Moose Jaw block and almost immediatelyflowed-back methane. During the last flow-test period, nitrogenlevels declined steadily and methane contents increased to ahigh of 54%. Further testing is warranted and will sooncommence.
