Re: SpinoffThe last spinoff, in 2005, was quite profitable for the shareholders of VMS (REM).
At the time of the spinoff REM was trading around 15 cents; we got HVG for free. (1 share HVG for every 3 of REM)
Today VMS is trading for 79 cents, and HVG for 22 cents.
Quite a nice profit for us shareholders.
