BNN Split Corp. Class AA, Series 1 (BNA.PR.B-TSX): This is a split share based on the
common shares of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (formerly known as Brascan Corp.) It
pays a dividend of 4.95% or $1.2375 per share and will be wound up on March 25, 2016 for
the lesser of par or NAV. This preferred can be redeemed as early as March 25, 2009 at
$26.00 with the call price declining by $0.25 per year until March 25, 2013 after which the
call price becomes par ($25.00). This preferred is rated Pfd-2 by DBRS
