You think it is a bad idea to change alternative eI do agree with most of the things you have said in this post but, I need some clarification. Can you tell me are you telling me that you think that it is a bad idea to turn alternative power to H2 . I think that I have read most of the stuff you have written here in the last little while. The reason that I stop you on this point is if you go to toronto, Ontario. Go to the base of the wind turbine at Lakeshore blvd you will find a hydrogenics hydrogen prduction plant producing hydrogen fuel. They fuel john deer gators and run all the staff around the CNE all years round. It make more sense to use hydrogen. We can produce,use it and disgard it with zero impact, we can store it (DNK-T), we can move it and we already have a heat system that will supply hydrogen to yourhouse and your car and fill it over night. We take the dependent of oil off north america. We use oil for making everthing. So we will have 400 dollar a barre oill, who care how much your shirt, medication or plastic. So even 4000 dollar a barrel doesn't mattter, because we are not burning it. We burn at least 65 % of the oil we bring in the country in our cars. When you put that 65% in ie your car only burn 40 % of that burns so out the tail pipe goes the gas. Do you know that if you put one drop of oil in an aquafer (part of our natural water system), that the water that run in that aquafer would have oil in it for 200 years the whole thing because of the ability of oil to spread. No way to ever get it out because if you dig up the aquafer,which would be a hell of an under taking the aquafer would not be there any more because you dug it up and even if yoou just left the drop of oil alone. Over a short period of time the water would become bad, toxic. So our 100 year technology dosen't work very well anyway and our environment is showing us right now in north america why we should not be creating mass amounts of Carbon monoxide but if we all were a little smarter i think we would have seen it 10 years ago in the under priveled countries. Our problem is we all have not grown up to the fact, that it is not about our plight it is about the continues operation with out us at the wheel which I have never believed we have had a good understanding of what we are doing nor do I think that will change.
My last point on that matter: Cardon monoxide is 14gram and 12gram weight making 26g 1 oxygen and 1 carbon. Oxygen(O2) is 28grams, that mean that carbon monoxide is lighter than O2 our present atmosphere and our upper atmospere is O3 (to long to explain how O3 happen but the extra oxygen is very weakly connected to the O2 which make up the O3).
Now the point is that Carbon Monoxide(CO) is lighter that Oxygen(O2) so it will beat the Oxygen(O2) to the upper atmosphere and steal the extra Oxygen out of the ozone(O3). This process kills/thins the ozone and get causes your car to get dirty when it just sitting there. Best of all, with out an ozone layer. you will get (melanomer) cancer of the skin and it is the number one cancers killer. Altra violent light exposure causes melanomer, that why tanning booth are now consider to create cancer.
We have no choiice but to change because, we will be fck if we don't stop, there will be no stopping it once it starts and in the end we will all look up and wonder what the fck it was all for because WHAT GOOD IS A JOB IF YOU CAN"T BREATH well we can always set up phone booth with air (wow another market) The air booths are in chinese city right now.
