That is the same question I had months ago............."I am not sure why Roche would hold psoriasis back for a release at the same time as transplant, especially if psoriasis cash flow could more than offset ongoing tx phase III costs. Could one reason  be that marketing voclosporin for psoriasis a few years ahead of tx would shorten the patent life for tx?"

Will there be a seperate patent for the tx drug or will it be the same as immunosuppression?  When does the clock start ticking on the patent or patent(s)?  Can anyone on this thread make a comment?
