RE: 40% DividendUsually it will drop the exact amount of the dividend, in this case by $1. I believe it will trade in the 1.5 to 1.6 range after the dividend. It's still good to get some money out as these guys have'nt a clue how to spend it. Imagine a mere 30 million and they cannot find opportunities for the last two years.SHAMEFUL.
