Question

QuestionAt roughly 2pm eastern today CQV had traded at a volume of just around 600,000 shares then in the last 2 hours it climbed to over 2.1 million and the stock price dropped a cent.  Would this indicate that those in the know traded to drop the price in order to get cheaper shares in anticipation of good news or have i been a slave to the bong for too long and I am simply trying to blow my own mind.  Any feedback or theories are appreciated.
