Manipulation at the close

Manipulation at the close
Just a theory of course,
but that drop at the close sure looks like text book manipulation.

Screen shot @ 3:22 p.m shows an odd size bid is placed for .175 - look at the ask, it is 0.17

This is the so called "signal".

The screen shot of the last trade @ 3:58 p.m. shows those bids at 0.17 are basically unchanged...but someone put over 1M shares on the ask at 0.16 driving the price down intentionaly.

Could be some big players are trying to keep the price down and scoop up as much as they can shake off the tree.
