RE: OIL Tgt Raised To C$28 >GenuityI don't think he is in denial.  I think he is an intelligent person who is well paid for his posts.  Jim Paplava has really opened my eyes about these type of posters.  He is mainly looking at the junior gold stocks but of course the same thing must go on in the energy stocks.
