I agree at some point alternative energy will have to kick in. The only thing I very much doubt is the speed at wich it will evolve against oil supply. I think we will have a peak for awhile then increased production catch-up and alternatives will take-over.

But my guess is this will take a couple of years.  Hence I think Candax is well positioned for now.

Natural gass will see a more robust rise in prices i think that's why i think Chaal is so important for Candax.

This all is also why I am wary of high cost oil sands and/or -fields.
