This would be very good if foreign companies are allowed to own morethan 50%.  Thats the magic number 50.1%  Under the current structureforeign companies are only allowed to own up to ~ 45%.   Most telecomsdon't want to come in to a small market like Canada and end up owningless than controlling interest.  Too many rules, foreign companies take great financial risks then notallowed to control the company.  BTW India and China allow 50%

I hope to see controlling interest allowed but I am not betting on it.
You see the chairperson running the investigation is Red Wilson.   If you don't know he was ex-CEO for BCE
hmmm wonder if BCE would like to see foreigners come in?  who knownsperhaps RED left on bad terms, I guess we will see at the end of themonth...
