It looks like Cline listened, and went for basically a First Mortgage Convertible Bond. Smart move! No immediate dilution, and they appear to have stayed away from the bucket shops like CC, where they would have been clipped with demands of high fees plus free stock and options.
I'm satisfied. Now let's get to work on the planning, development and operational aspects.
