Hard times today to raise cash for junior explorers, why not take over management of a well funded company trading below cash value?
Looks like AAB has alot of possibilities to distribute that cash to some other projects, they are invested in.
May be good for investors of AAB, who dalso idn't have a good time with their investment, but bad for investors in UWE, IMHO.
