RE: remind me never to buy into a ppI could be wrong, but I would think that the people who buy the PP shares know more about these companies than we do. They don't buy the PP to lose money on their investment. I doubt that all of the PP purchasers for all of these companies allowed themselves to be ripped off. This is just a temporary dip that is pretty painful, and its being made worse by the fact that the market as a whole is doing absolutely horrible. Look around and you'll see that almost everything is down today.
Over the last few days, the suggestions made by some of the (argueable) bashers include WPX and sask coal plays. WPX is down today, so is GXS, so is BTT, WGF, SWR, etc. So if the bashers convinced anyone to sell PCQ and buy any of those 'better' stocks, they're all losing with them too. All those plays are good for numerous reasons, but they're all down - same deal for PCQ. Have patients with all of them and you'll probably be ahead in the long run. Maybe some of you are strictly day traders and can't wait more than a day or two. I have no clue what you could do for a quick flip in today's market. Sea of red.. It's horrible for almost everything.
The situation might look bleak right now, and every basher in sight is yelling that the sky is falling, but its my feeling that in the long run we'll look back on this dip and realize what a buying opportunity it was.
And heck, the spirits of my campfire agree with me too... so... take that for what it's worth. I'm pretty sure that the spirits of my campfire are just as reliable as Chief's. You all should probably ask your own campfires though, I'm sure they're all equally reliable.
