you blast the company, the management, & all their properties. You say you have been in it for
a few years & you always hated the company & they are useless. The next sentence you say you had 450k
shares & you sold 280k at .60 or better & are trying to dump your other 170k at .63.
Anybody who hates the company  & properties would have dumped  their shares way before now
you are a muddy BASHER
