GXS received comfort letter on May 22nd and permits on June 17th.  That puts about 26 days between comfort letter and permits. 

NAG got first comfort letter on June 11th.  If you add 26 days that would bring it to July 7th and then add one day for the Canada Day stat holiday to bring it to July 8th.
