RE: Spinoffs!!!!!Each partner will hold 14 million shares of new company = 28 million shares of MFR.
Currently there is roughly 140 miilion shares of both companies out.
Divide the two numbers and it looks like a 5 to 1 reverse unless my math is wrong/ Anyone?
