   Yes, There is a letter on the SPQ board by Jim Saintcler on the subject,and a article a few weeks ago. Simply many brokers in the states recommend to stay away from the TSX  because of this non-sense and simply the TSX refuses to stop these practices as they are involved .  AS for me I doubt I'll ever purchase another TSX stock as the OTC,other exchanges,etc give value  and a lot less of this non-sense.
