Always trying to close the barn door after the animals have left. The Janitor is % 100 right, how would this substance treat the ground water and wash away e-coli when it gets into fibrous material either vegetables or meat?The only way to kill this crap is at the source, at a cows a$$.
Please let's not go onto the next worry wart post of irradiation. I invested in Surebeam ( maker of irradiation equipment ) a few years ago and lost my shirt. It works but is highly un-economic ( huge equipment and expensive as hell ) and most importantly it could never get over the radiation stigma, case closed!
The best way to kill e-coli is to kill at it's source through vaccination.
