RE: Why the big drop?

RE: Why the big drop?As far as insider's selling, lets not mislead. Only 2 of the 7 directors and some other officers sold for a total of $312,000 and as a result of excercising options at .17 to .30. Nice profit. A piddle in the bucket though as far as shares held by insiders.

The CEO and another 4 directors did not sell 1 share. If you want a lesson in insider trading and what not to do by way of example is to look at GCE. At 5.40 GCE hit the top 10 of insider trading 3 days in a row and we are talking millions of dollars (over 16 million recently). Within a month, the SP had hit $10. It is presently $8.69 and GCE has made the top 10 this morning for both insider buying and insider selling. Now what do you read into that.  Nothing if you are savvy.

But,  if you are worried, sell your shares now. It will be appreciated by someone.

Maybe even an insider.
