Why not sell INL.v for a loss in your personal account and put the stock into your holding company that way you still have control? Makes sense to me. They played the same game with TES.v when it was going through its own changes.

Inlet Resources Ltd. has been advised by 0702232 B.C. Ltd. (BC Co.) that BC Co. acquired, by way of acquisition in the public market, ownership and control over 169,500 common shares of the company. Prior to the transaction, BC Co. had ownership and control over 978,500 common shares of the company, and no principals of BC Co. had ownership or control over any securities of the company. As such, BC Co. has 1,148,000 common shares, representing 13.15 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of the company. BC Co. has its business office located at 4567 Holly Park Ct., Delta, B.C., V4K 4S7.
The company understands that BC Co. acquired the securities for investment purposes. The company understands that BC Co. may in the future acquire or dispose of securities of the company through the market, privately or otherwise, as circumstances or market conditions warrant.
