In any case this is all irrelevant and the lawsuit was never a material issue, or perhaps you thought that those who handed over $18 Million to the company earlier this year in the PP and exercise of warrants are just a bunch of clinical idiots who did not do any due diligence before parting with their money in the middle of  a financial crisis ?
I am getting sick and tired of all those people who suddently become experts because they looked something up once on Google and Wikipedia, which, incidentally, are replete with errors.
This is just like all those so-called experts and economists led by that imbecile Daniel Yergin (a journalist ) who have been calling for a dramatic fall in the price of oil ever since it was $12 / barrel and then, when the price will reach $160 or $180 and it will have a 10% or 20% correction, they will all say : "see, I told you so". 
Give me a break !
