RE: June 27, 2008 OUTSTANDING & DILUTED Sharesthe part that looks bad isthat it was done @ .18 after they got the approval and the stock ran to .30 .  It could have been more beneficial to the company , but when your using the company to gain this way financially at the cost to the company , not right.  just think not only did they do the PP cheap they expanded it by almost 50% from 13.8 mil to 19.22 mil    wiht warrants  boot. Did the CEO do something good for the company , that is a matter for debate. It's great for the participants but is it good for the company.

this is just my opinion , everyones got one.
