Jason Underwood as we all know is the key manager of White rock reit
he owns 573000 units.
I would be delighted of the western preperties jump start the unit price.!! and so would Jason.
Perhaps that bothers you, not sure why you comments are so negative.
I have been a unit holder of REITS for 17 years. So good times some bad.
I learn't a long time ago , not to second guess or mirco manage the managers of the companies.
The quarterly financials tell the historic stroy of White Rock, and the history so far has been steller and on-track.
Distributions are now being met. and at 11% one of the top yeilding REITs right now.
What makes these things tick is interest rate spread. The managers of RioCan were masters at it.
WRK has little to no floating rate debt. You look in the rents, lock in the financing and move on.
My opinion of White Rock management is thathey are top notch and well connected.
I do not micromanage, just look at bottom line at the end of the quarter(s) and so far they have done a great job.
I do not expect anything different in the future.
