RE: Anybody else see whats happening?

RE: Anybody else see whats happening? It seems to me that theoldguy talks about a different company than the one he thinks he is talking about. I do how ever agree on one thing. This and any new tech stock " may be a good HIGH RISK play....". Cellloc and Wiland and Rankin and Triangulum and a couple others fit this high risk catagory even today. ah! CellLoc.... no revenues, no working technology, promotion extrodinare, no market, can't demo.... better stay away from that one at $1.80. Don't give me the "they aren't no Celloc" crap either because that's right they aren't, they actually have customers and revenues coming out of the gate. 1) XST was a JCP and not an importer like you state, (read the docs). In a JCP unlike other RTO's the target ETT had to qualify for the transaction, (read the docs). That meant submitting Audited financial statements (read the docs) 2) He obviously hasn't done DD on anything because if he did (read the docs) call the company as I do on a regular basis since last year, that phone call to the company would set him straight. I don't think you talked to ETT. I think you may have talked to XST before the Major Transaction. If thats the case, the previous tenants of the JCP had fishing net technology and the main people were from Newfoundland (honest). The local insiders didn't have a clue, although one of them is still on the board I beleive (read the docs)? 3) My broker (not me) attended live demos in two different venues last fall at the invite of the company. 4) Yorkton, Rampart, Cannaccord, Canada Trust, Gopel, (Levesque) and IPO report they have see live demos. One guy I talked to has been a shareholder since early 1996, and they had working systems then. Another guy I talked to said that the company promised to go public back in 96 and put on demos and raised capital through one brokerage in Calgary. Because they didn't or couldn't, as I have been told, there were some pissed off brokers that couldn't flip their stock for a quick buck. You one of those brokers? 5) Whether you just don't get it, can't tell the difference between companies any more or just want some cheap stock (which is my guess), your wrong. So anyone who reads this should probably call the company (read the docs) and ask to speak to someone about the technology and get a real answer. 6) The ASE just approved the Major Transaction (Feb 29th) of the company based on the facts. Read the facts on the CDNX web site and Sedar site. 7) ETT (XST) customers now using the product, 8 countries I believe will be very upset to hear your revelation that XST doesn't have a product (read the docs). 8) Insiders, ah! they must be rich, ah yes. According to the CDNX release, which incidently is very light reading and shouln't strain you to much, the insiders are performance escrowed (read the docs)for up to 6 years. If they have nothing, they get nothing. Sounds like a long shot to me! Besides, if they must wait a minimum of one year to get even one share out of escrow (read the docs) I want to be holding a lot of paper when that year is up, think about it! What purpose would they have to "promote" the stock now. If these guys are promoters and if you are right about the pumping thing, what happens in a promotion? 9) Some truth to the promoter thing though. Brokers in almost all the houses I deal with are talking about XST. I'd say they are promoters allright... even the ones that have see the product still talk about it. 10) Whether the stock goes up or down, the company still manufactures and markets product all over the world. Because it doesn't sell it in your little part of the world is not material to anything. 11) Read the docs. 12) Read the docs twice.
