The Company owns 100% of the 240-claim Nighthawk Property in the central Walker Lane gold belt in Esmeralda County, Nevada, which covers an area of approximately 4,800 acres. Its subsidiaries include Trans Superior Resources, Inc. and Voyageur Lands Corporation. The Nighthawk Property is prospective for near-surface, open pit/heap leach-recoverable oxide gold/silver mineralization.

All the spec area plays are getting hit, plus big names like POT and FDG.UN. Going to be one heck of a summer for commodities with the battle between US$ and 'real' assets.
