Pangolin Diamonds Corp. is a Canada-based diamond exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Botswana. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, holds title to various properties (the Pangolin Properties). The Pangolin Properties consist of approximately 17 diamond prospecting licenses (PLs). Its Motloutse Diamond Project is located in eastern Botswana and is comprised of eight diamond PLs. Its Kweneng Project is located in the Kweneng District and covers an area of approximately 361 square kilometers (km2). The Company's subsidiaries include Pangolin Diamonds Limited, Pangolin Diamonds (Pty) Limited, Geocontracts Botswana (Pty) Limited, and Amulet Diamond (Botswana) Pty Limited.

Appreciate your post, I have a question:

When you refer to phantom shares, are you meaining naked shorting or something else?

I know US stocks have a naked short list, don't know if Canadian stocks do or not?

I am guessing they don't. The term "he who has the gold, makes the rules" applies in this market. Sucks to be us retailers.

Can anything shake that, besides a news release or short covering (or both)?

I will hold out, will buy whenever possible. I think even if the JV news takes its time, we will receive updated news from the compressor equipment they sent to wells at spring thaw in April or May. Those numbers must be coming in soon.

I can imagine management appreciates the low share price so that they can buy cheap, does anyone know what the numbers are for insider "buying"? Or where you can find it?
