We should be clear what we are talking about here.  It's not like I believe in alien abductions.  Look at the archive and give me another reasonable explanation for his intense fascination with this one company.  He has literally posted here thousands of times.  Do you think that many posts could be just a hobby?  For someone who doesn't even own the stock? If you have an alternate explanation I'd love to hear it.

I do not believe he is short the stock.  It's not a good bet as a short and he would have had to cover a long time ago.  

My guess is that he is hired by one or more fund managers who have OIL as a core holding and are trying to accumulate it for their clients as new funds come in.  It's just a guess, not a hardcore belief. 

Btw. I post here because I find it kind of fun and relaxing sometimes.  It's kind of a fun mental exercise to try and figure these things out and spar with others who say things that I find illogical. I do get annoyed sometimes but then I realize I'm just being silly.  Really I don't even begrudge that guy his right to earn a living even if he is annoying.  But he's not going to loosen my grip on my shares.  Also, I think Oilexco is an excellent bet right now but I'm certainly not wedded to this or any other stock if conditions change, I could be gone in a second.
