Mr. J.J. McIntyre reports

Noble Metal Group Inc.'s Noble Hydrocarbons Alta Ltd. (NHA) has completed its initial nine-hole drill program on NHA's permitted exploration land near Tisdale, Sask.

Reported by Ivan Young, PGeo, consulting geologist to the company based on detailed logging of the cores, all holes intersected till and cretaceous sediments followed by oil shales and intervals of heavy black oil shale horizons. The extent of the oil shales and black oil shale intersections are summarized in the table.

The nine-hole drill program illustrates that the oil shale formation underlying the three oil shale exploration permits located near Tisdale, Sask., extend at least 19 kilometres (11.8 miles) in a north-south direction and 14 kilometres (8.7 miles) in an east-west direction. Substantial depths contained hydrocarbons varying from 41 metres (135 feet) to 77 metres (253 feet).

The overall drill program indicates that the oil shale formation is part of an extensive basin. The basinal formation has been traced from central Saskatchewan southeast to the Manitoba-U.S. borders. The continuous oil shale formation reaches from the known tested area at Hudson Bay to the west of the permitted holdings near Tisdale, Sask., spanning a total east-west distance in excess of 100 kilometres (60 miles). The oil shales dip gently to the southwest with the upper contact zone being nearer the surface on the Hudson Bay oil shale exploration permitted land and ranges from 67 metres (220 feet) to 157 metres (517 feet) in depth in the Tisdale permitted area.

Laboratory testing for Insitu extraction and recovery methods of the oil and aromatic products are being carried out by GRH (Global Resource Holdings) on core samples taken during the drill program by both Wayne F. Downey Jr. and Mr. Young, professional geologists. The company is also awaiting the results of the lab and field tests of the total organic carbon content (TOC) in the oil shale samples. A compilation report will be prepared once all the data are received.

We seek Safe Harbor.
