The flipside of course is that the general market is down, so it will have some impact on MXM.

Further, insiders do have a right to sell, and such sales play a role in financing unit purchases on a  PP. That being said, there are optics issues when one is an insider, and insiders (at least in my opinion) should refrain from sales too soon after a PP.
