.18 has come full circle. Is this a surprise. And yes wheel , I have no understanding of the markets. !!LOL!!   So why are there no buyers at this discount price?  You understand the markets, be a sport and give us your take on the price drop from .28 to .18. I've put out my take on the matter and the market has confirmed my views(in my view).
