I will not go into details but major changes are taking place. Whalen gone for one.
A few are looking at these assets with dripping mouths but major shareholders will never sell here so a buyout at these levels is impossible.
Mosher would never dare to go against shareholders after being shut from the Prognoz deal which was obviously insider biased. He would be removed and his reputation, or what is left would be destroyed.
From what I know, and my source is excellent, things will happen very shortly. Very positive things starting with Prognoz. Enough said.
BTW, best scenario would be Prognoz being bought by HRG completely. Imagine that for a second. WOW.
Whatever happens there, it will be way better to us as shareholders then before.
