RE: Ken sold - Insider Trading?4 days before its announced that Mitsui is buying Thyssen Krupps Shares Ken Bates sells 50,000 shares?

Would Ken Bates not have been aware that Mitsui was buying those shares from Thyssen Krupp? Especially if he is / was a Director and supposedly the President of Mitsui Matsushima Canada Ltd. ?
 
Does anyone think that Ken Bates could have not been aware of this transaction?
