RE: Consider this stock.San Gold mgmt is questionable. They have been up and running their gold mine for well over a year. Never hit any production targets. Mill still not up to capacity. Not cashflow positive, even after high gold prices. Need to bring in professional miners. They have hit a lot of high value assays. They have three gold mines and the potential for deep Red Lake type gold deposits. I doubt current San Gold mgmt actually ends up turning it into a profitable operation. They are more concerned with defining a large deposit that will attract a major than operating a profitable gold mine. So they continually dilute. Still issuing shares.
I gave up on them. It does have upside because of the increasing reserves but I don't have the patience to wait for them since they overpromise and underperform so consistently. Of course, there are other miners who have that irritating tendency, too. I am going with Goro.ob as my largest gold position. I trust mgmt. Bobwins
