PS: NO uses for cheap subbituminous coal in Saskatchewan!! And NO new plants! They are going NUCLEAR!

And in addition, even IF Shand did need the coal, the infrastructure ie. rail lines, are NOT in place!!! Who the hell is going to build the rail lines?

PS: NO rail service is a BIG problem in ANY case!!!
