RE: buyout?

RE: buyout?
I have been invited over to see the mine many a time, but have yet to venture over.  It is understood that there is 70 more kms at Mana of similar geology.  If the current 3-4 kms can contain 2-4m OZS, then why how many ozs could be there?  That's the issue to contend with.  Management feels the stock is worth a lot more than $4.00.  So do I.  Even a 50% takeover to inject cash for more rapid production could be an option.  Or another offering in the $3.00 range with proceeds towards development and annual production increases wouldn't be the end of the world.  If the geology is as it appears there is over 20m ozs.  And we're trading at a market cap of less than 350M.  It is a tough decision to make if an offer comes in, but it appears something's up.
