Less Dillution is worse???

Less Dillution is worse???Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't the original PP for 10 million shares and was brokered???  Now, after the market knocked the share price below the 25 cent offering, they decided to go with only 6 million shares and cut the middle-man out with a non-brokered PP.  How is this a bad thing???  With all the info out there on how Canadian investment firms and banks are manipulating TSX-V, is it surprising that the price of the stock went down after they announced the original PP???  Looks like GNZ got wise to this and decided to go it themselves on this PP and reduce the dillution.  To me, 6 million shares extra is better than 10 million shares extra, especially that no manipulators will benefit from the PP cause its NON-BROKERED!!!
