Your right Drug.., ISA has always had to fight a bad reputation and still lingers today.    With the sell fest in the markets the past few months there has probably been a lot of selling of Mutual Funds.   If these funds are low on cash to pay out fund holders they would have to turn to selling some holdings.  Rather than sell the more promising stocks they may tend to dump the more speculative ones and ISA would fit that criteria.  With a bad rep combined with bad market conditions the only thing that will move us up is spectacular news or strong proof of credibility.  Not all investors, including institutions, analyze this stock the way we do.  They may depend on broker analysts and we know where that takes us.
