thanks Baron,   I did look at the Chart and market conditions.  

I see that both Stochastics and RSI indicate Oversold.  (which is what is alerting myself and others to look at NHC)

I also see that at today's price  $7.15 can.  and current dividend - the yield is a whopping 16.8%.

more than enough to reward anyone willing to get in and wait  out the current bear.
Will it drop to $5 ?  hmmm - we would be talking about a 20% yield at that price,  It would trigger the board to consider buying back their own shares - cheaper than paying dividends. - or a buyout.
